(EO Event) Wild Food Foraging Workshop & Gourmet Forager Lunch

  • Spring Lake Reserve 127th Street East MN, 55033 United States (map)

About this event

Ever wanted to learn more about wild edibles and plant and mushroom foraging? We've arranged an incredible event to learn from (and eat with) some of the leading experts in the country.

Wild food foraging expert Tim Clemens will lead us on a 2-hour foraging workshop in the woods where he will teach us about identifying gourmet edible wild plants and fungi. We will collect and sample wild edibles throughout the workshop.

We will then be joined by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Alan Bergo ("The Forager Chef") for a gourmet wild-edibles lunch on-site.

This event will be perfect for anyone brand new to the concept of wild food foraging or for experienced foragers excited to learn more.

Attendees should dress for walking in the woods (bring closed-toe shoes, long pants, a water bottle, and plan to take lots of photos!)
