In this workshop, you will learn the powerful Enneagram system of personality to deepen awareness of yourself and people important to you. Because the Enneagram explores not just our behaviors in our relationships, but also the motivations driving our behaviors, we get a better handle on why we do what we do and why others do what they do. (I remember feeling like I was connecting all sorts of dots in understanding my husband and children!) We also learn how we have differing needs for autonomy, connection, communication and how to relate in conflict.
You will hear from panelists what matters most to them, what causes stress, what support looks like to them and how their Enneagram pattern functions in relationships. Format: Teaching, self-reflection and panel interviews.
